Archicad 13 recorded installation problem

Hi. I have created a recorded installation for Archicad 13, Education license but I am unable to push this out silently during system boot as it is always bringing up the "registration data" screen. The license key is correct and it only requires the "next" button to be clicked, which cannot happen when no user is logged on during install.
I never had this problem with version 11 or 12. Can someone help please?

Currently you cannot do a silent install with install packages created by the educational version of ArchiCAD 13. This issue will be resolved in the next release.
