Archicad 13 install problem

Hi everybody.

I format my laptop and i am trying to install again archicad 13 but when the installer goes at 2%... the installer jump to finished screen.

Can everyone help me with this?

It may be Java version related.

i have made all this. My laptop have amd athlon processor duo.

Does archicad 13 work with amd cpu or want intel only?

thank you very much. the link http://www.archicadwiki.com/Install/Java was very useful. i had java 7 and uninstalling it resolved the problem of archiCAD 13 installaion.

Have you uninstall Java and install the Java version on the ArchiCAD install package?
