Please Help - Converting GSM to 3ds

Hi all, I am new here and I urgently need help, please.

I am using 3D Max (haven't switch to ArchiCad yet) and I'm trying to import a gsm object, but unfortunately 3ds Max doesn't support gsm formats.

Can someone please help me convert to 3ds format? I will be absolutely thankful and grateful as I need it urgently.

If you only have the GSM object then you will need to open it in Archicad in the 3D window and then you will be able to save that as a 3DS file.

The website you link to says the models are in both GSM and 3DS formats.
