Some ideas:
Did you modify the LCF file?
Did you remove any folders or files from the ArchiCAD library?

When attempting to install Library Hotfix #2 I get an error message saying it cannot access one or more files in Archicad. It worked seamlessly on three other Macs in the office. Suggestions?

I am getting a similar error on a Windows 7 64-bit machine. The update process wouldn't initialize because there was some access error. After I uninstalled and reinstalled Archicad 14 it took the latest hotfix.

However, I just tried to install the last library update and it give the same error that I got before.

It is not my workstation but we have 5 Windows machines with nearly identical software configurations that had no problems with the update.

I have seen this happening when there were third-party libraries installed within the ArchiCAD Library folder. If any file or folder within the "ArchiCAD 14 Library" folder lacks "write" privileges, that could be causing this.
