Archicad 12 crash in 3D window

Hello,

Bought new PC with these stats ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series, Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E8400 @ 3.00GHz, with Vista Bussnes , instaled archicad 12 , it worked perfectly , but few days ago sudenly something happed, when i go to 3D window , i want to try to rotate or move my object , archicad crash and turns on Bug reporter.... anyone knows whats going on? i tried to reinstal video card and update other drivers , even reinstal archicad... but it didnt worked 😕

Anyone can help me?

Solved my problem....

Right click on Archicad12.exe > properties > compatibility > Run this program in compatibility mode for Windows XP

Hello!

I have exactly the same problem in windows xp. I am using ArchiCad 12 educational edition with win xp 32bit SP3. I have freshly installed ArchiCad and also newest drivers for my video card which is nvidia 8800gts 320.

ArchiCad works well in 2D but when I enter the 3D window it just freezes with no error messages and only solution is to force quit from the task manager.

I have tried to reset ArchiCad but it does not help.

I would appreciate if someone could help me with this.

HAH

Looks like I solved my own problem. I uninstalled Logitech SetPoint which is a program for my Logitech mouse and keyboard. Now everything just works.
