This could be a deal killer to my company...Please help!</T>

Thanks Tom for such a quick response. Forgive me but I'm not real experienced with ArchiCAD. Are you saying plot to file then print as a PDF or something?
Archicad has a command for "Print" and a command for "Plot." I've found that using the Plot command to send straight to the Kip 3000 gives better looking drawings than the Print command does.

The process is no different, you just use a different command.

I hate to say it, but that's no where near enough information. It depends on the how the plotter is configured internally and how it is referenced on the network. It could probably be dozens of things.

Sorry I couldn't give you more to go on but at least I know, thanks to you, that under the right circumstances it is possible to make this work. Hopefully I'll figure out the magic words! One last thing; Whenever you set the KIP up as a plotter, what port number did you use?
Thanks Tom for all your help. You could teach KIP tech support a thing or two.
