Archicad won't start because of quicktime

I had archicad student version on my laptop which worked fine and yesterday i had to reformat my computer so today i re downloaded and installed archicad. Everyime i start up the program i get an error message saying that my quicktime is out of date and wont work. This cant be correct because i used to have the same archciad before and 2 days ago i also installed archicad 13 on my pc and that works fine. 've tried many different things. I uninstalled archicad and reinstalled it and the same issue, so i kept archicad installed and only uninstalled quicktime and then installed several differnt version thinking that might work but nothing did. In the end i uninstalled quicktime and archicad adn re downloaded from the website installing quicktime together with archicad and its still not working.

It works on other computers and it used to work on this one but now it doesnt for some reason.

This is the message i get when i start up archicad.

I downloaded the program from the graphisoft student website.

Oh and i have windows 7 64 bit.
