topic Missing frames in curtainwall in Installation & update

<T>Greetings, has anyone had problems with the curtainwall tool spontaneously losing all the frames on the inserted curtainwalls? I have a project with several types of curtainwall configs and the model keeps getting corrupted somehow and all the frames disappear on me. The support person at our distributor only suggestion was to create a new template file from scratch and merge the corrupted file into the new one. This solved the problem once, but now it has happened again. It seems that only the ones with modifications have gone bad. I.E. ones that I have inserted doors or customized frames. Any suggestions?</T>

Have you tried redoing the custom parts.

Open the as the library part, select and cmd/ctrl+O, click on the 3D script tab and then <S></S>check script<E></E> button. Any errors?

If it was the part, why would merging with a new blank template file fix the problem? No, I have not tried the check.

Sometimes the merging will fix the problem.
Or, as you experienced, Sometimes not.

Take the time to find the bad part(s) now and fix them.
