<T>I try to follow an instruction manual on how to make GDL-objects.
I select a drawingin AC. Then I select File>Libraries and Objects>Save Custom Component.
Then I get this message:

"There aren't any appropriate container subtypes in the loaded libraries to activate this function."

I'm very new to AC, so I don't have a clue on what to do to correct it.
Please help!</T>

What libraries do you have loaded?
Do you have the full ArchiCAD library loaded?
If no, you should load the ArchiCAD library.
If yes, you can try to reload it because those things it is talking about should be within the ArchiCAD library.
