I can not install "gdl web control" on OS 10.8.2

I'm apple user , i've got iMac with os 10.8.2. I can't install the gdl web control. I star the installer and at the end it says "GDL Web Control installation completed successfully. Click Finish to quit the installer" but in "System_ Library_ Internet plug-ins" there isn't. What i can do? thanks
