Verify the file size of the download and compare it to the size indicated in GS page to verify that is the problem. I have had to try more than 4times when this affected Mac users, which was fixed, instead of Win64. If nothing else works try using a download manager.

If it is downloading completely then the next likely culprit is the java installation, do a search I think somebody had this problem recently.

Try redownloading the file. There have been a lot of download errors recently from GS.

Thanks for the reply ejrolon.
That's a least somewhat comforting....
However tried that 4 times and to different directories as one time it told me to try that.
However, now I'll keep trying.

For 16 Hot Fix 5, ironically, the fifth download was a success.
Thanks again ejrolon.
I can second that. My hotfix for 16 failed a couple of times until I used a download manager. Most browser have some level of download management but they're not robust enough to handle all eventualities.
