Thank you Srinivas, I know that somehow my browser(google chrome) is blocking the Help site but no warning is posted and there is no indication for any unblocking enabler.Enigma for me yet to be solved.</description>

      <description>With AC open go to Help menu and open the AC help.&lt;BR /&gt;
Or is there  a problem when you do this?&lt;BR /&gt;
Have you tried pasting the address that comes up in your browser into a different browser?</description>

Chrome cannot be used with the built-in help.  See:&lt;BR /&gt;
