CADImage Door and Window Builder v3.5 R15

Having a strange problem with Door and Window Builder.
It appeared to install just fine, but when I actually attempt to use it in ArchiCAD...no. I go to Windows tool menu and navigate to correct library and WindowBuilder Settings dialog appears as it should.
When I attempt to choose an option, however, the WindowBuilder Settings section goes gray and I can't do anything...can't change window size, type...nothing.

I'm at a loss and my wits end. Emailed CADImage two days ago, but haven't heard anything back yet. Anybody have a suggestion?

Well, for those interested...I re-installed the previous version that I had and all works fine. I will stick with it until CADImage decides to respond to my inquiry. Thanks.

Had exactly the same problem.

No idea how to fix it!

A few days after I posted this topic, CADImage support got back with me and emailed link to latest version and it fixed the problem. Touch base with them and I'm sure they will do the same for you.

Thanks for the heads-up. I thought I had installed the latest, but I hadn't.....
