<T>Hi Everyone,

I've just joined but have been using AC for a little while. I've had a bit of search around to see whether this problem has come up before but couldn't find anything.

I'm having a problem with the numeric input for an edge offset for a multi-plane roof. I click the edge and select edge offset. Tracker pops up and my mouse is, let's say 1532mm away from the roof edge. I type 600 into the tracker, press enter on the num pad, my cursor now moves 600 away from the edge and the roof is extended 1532mm from the original edge. Weird. Anyway, I tried the same method with a slab and a fill and the both worked fine.

Any ideas anyone?
Hi,

this is a known issue you can read more about here: http://www.archicadwiki.com/Bugs/OffsetRoofEdge
An other workaround I can recommend is to press the TAB button before ending the input in Tracker.
