AC17-4008-HOTFIX3-WIN64.exe is not a valid Win32 application

I have downloaded AC17-4008-HOTFIX3-WIN64.exe
When i run it I get an error message saying this is not a valid Win32 application and wont let me progress - see attached error
But I am running win64 version of archicad17
I have installed hotfix 2 (4005)
help!!!

Reported multiple times before do a search for the solution. Likely culprit a failed download, re-download the file and verify that it has the correct size if not try again. Some have reported trying up to 5 times before getting a file that will run. If you want to avoid it you can get a download manager.

I did try searching but found nothing
Anyway, I tried downloading from the "Downloads" section of the site rather than the auto updates section and that worked
