Some strange advice: ram on your key board!

It is not unusual that a key gets stuck, then always a different shortcut get selected. Somewhat gentile ramming might get the key unlocked.

<T>I am getting an annoying problem that when I am working in ArchiCAD, my Shift and Ctrl commands can stop working. The only way I have found to fix the problem is to restart my ArchiCAD. But this is a pain when it happens every day. Today I noticed the problem When I opened up a linked file, then came back to my teamwork file.
What happens is the Shift command does nothing while hovering over a guideline. If i use the drag/rotate/mirror/etc command, and press Ctrl, the plus button does not come up to create a copy.
I have tried reloading my Work Environment, but that doesnt help.
Any Ideas??</T>
