    <description>As a first step I would try to uninstall and reinstall the program.&lt;BR /&gt;
Make sure you have administrator privileges when running the installer.</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;I have Windows XP and ArchiCAD 14, student version.&lt;BR /&gt;When I finally got ArchiCAD downloaded, i downloaded a tutorial, too, and after that my ArchiCAD won't open.&lt;BR /&gt;When I try to open ArchiCAD on my computer, this pops up:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ArchiCAD.exe: Start Error&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;?GetConnectionInfoFileLocation@TWCB@@YI?AVLocation@IO@@XZ not found. Function is not available in TWClientBase.dll!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If anyone knows what to do, please tell me, I use this software in a class and it would mean so much if you would!&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>Also run the installer without any virusscan running.</description>
