But, simply, the instalation file doesn't open after the extraction.<BR /><BR />Does exist any way to resolve that? Is it necessary install some software that is missing (such as Java, QuickTime?). I'm tried to do this but doesn't work too.<BR /><BR />Unfortunately, these two laptops is of the same person.
