Command ID Flyouts on the Info bar

I am using version 15 and am new to ArchiCAD and am wondering why the command flyouts do not work on the Info bar? They show up only as tiny rectangles instead of showing what the command is. The flyouts work on all the other commands. It is just on the info bar. I have tried dragging it to different sizes and locations and have had no luck.

Anyone see this before?

I assume you mean the tooltips? This sounds like a known issue with Windows (a reason you should post your platform with your question) and your screen resolution.
