Basic setup - individual buildings hotlinked in to a central site file

Buildings are teamworked

Issue: after initial hotlink insertion, the building is developed, and (for example) a complex profile is edited.

Update the hotlink and the complex profile hotlinked into the site plan does not update. So how to update? Go to Attribute manager - then discover you cannot find the teamwork file in attribute manager, only PLNs or AATs!

Does anyone have any suggested workflows to efficiently address such an issue?

Rob,

As a matter of course you can save a pln then add edited profile back into Template file if it is for ongoing future use. Other wise temporarily get what you need from pln file & then delete once complete. I have other Ideas but would need to know more about how you have set up your file structure.
