Eugene,

ArchiCAD was designed on a way that you can have as many AC versions installed as you would like to have. Those should work fine even running side-by-side.

It is good that you have already tested this with disabled Antivirus, usually such can cause similar problems.

Try to boot your Windows in safe mode and apply the hotfix then.

Let us know the result of that.

Hello!

Sorry if this question was already discussed, coudn't find it.

The problem is that after installing the AC14-4204-HOTFIX6-WIN64 I get the following message:
"The procedure entry point <skipped> could not be located in the dynamic link library Teamwork.Messaging.Client.dll." (see attached image.)
And then the second one: "TWClientBase.dll not found. File must be available to run the application!"

Antivirus is uninstalled. the reinstallation of AC14 does not help, getting the same error after installing the hotfix.

There is also an AC15 installed on the same machine. If that could be the reason, can you please help me to make them "friends"? 😃
