How do you restore a file from the backup folder?
I have a corrupt file that cant open and I want to try to restore the backup.

If you are referring to regular AC Projects every time you hit save AC will create a file with the same name but with the BPN extension, these are the ones with the Red Arrow in the icon. You can either rename the extension to PLN and AC will let you open it or in the File->Open window select all files and then choose the BPN.

If it was a crash AC should give the option to open the BackUp once you launch it again.
