If after installing these 2 drivers Archicad still refuses to run, I'm wondering if there is any active Firewall/Antivirus software? They could block the license checking process at startup, preventing AC from starting up.&lt;BR /&gt;

Столкнулась с такой же проблемой. Установила Archicad 24 как студенческую версию. Какое то время проработал и перестал запускаться. Родной брандмауэр отключен. Стоял Антивирус Avast. Удалила. Проблема не решилась. Поставила NOD32, в правилах разрешили полный доступ для Archicad 24, так же не помогло. Что делать?&lt;BR /&gt;

Usually, if Archicad can start, there must be a splash screen showing up with Archicad logo and its signature. Have you tried to completely uninstall, then reinstall Archicad? &lt;BR /&gt;

After clicking the Archicad 24 icon, could you help me to check whether ARCHICAD Starter.exe or ARCHICAD.exe appears in &lt;I&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;S&gt;&lt;I&gt;&lt;I&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/S&gt;Task Manager&lt;E&gt;&lt;/E&gt;? To do so, simply right-click the Taskbar &amp;gt; select &lt;I&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;S&gt;&lt;I&gt;&lt;I&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/S&gt;Task Manager &lt;E&gt;&lt;/E&gt;from the menu, navigate to &lt;I&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;S&gt;&lt;I&gt;&lt;I&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/S&gt;Details &lt;E&gt;&lt;/E&gt;tab to see all running processes. &lt;BR /&gt;

If I understand correctly, after double-clicking Archicad icon, you don't see any Archicad-related process in Task Manager tool? (since the screenshot only show the process from letter C, I just want to make sure that ARCHICAD Starter.exe is not available on the list after starting Archicad).&lt;BR /&gt;

I discussed this issue with our teammates and we think that probably Archicad and the Bug reporter crash at the same time, therefore, we don't see any process related to Archicad. In such cases, we need the RPT files created in this location: C:\Users\&amp;lt;username&amp;gt;\GRAPHISOFT&lt;BR /&gt;

Could you open this location and send us the file for further investigation?&lt;BR /&gt;

- Which Archicad version are you using? &lt;BR /&gt;
- At which point does it freeze and run only in the background? &lt;BR /&gt;
