The Media Feature Pack versions of the HelpCenter article didn’t help, because you have another build of Windows 10 N (14393). We updated the article with your build. Please install this version then try to run ARCHICAD installer again.&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;I am unable to get AC19 running since the Windows 10 anniversary update. It cannot get past the GXMedia.dll error message. I have tried running the suggested updates but nothing has worked. I also tried the same things running as administrator but nothing has worked.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Suggestions please?&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
