AC20 slow screen redraw

Hi, I hope someone can help me with this.

Archicad 20 screen redraw in the 2D windows is super slow, about 3 frames a second and sometimes worse. The 3D window is fine.
It doesn't matter which window - layout, a blank window with a few lines, it happens with any 2D window.
The same windows in AC19 are fine.

I've tried setting my mouse to a low resolution but nothing changes.
I have the latest versions of everything.

My computer is an i7 5960x and an R9 NANO GPU. Screens are Dell 34" and Dell 27". Changing screens doesn't make any difference.
Win 10.

A standard mouse fixes it.
Is there any timeline for fixing the high res mouse bug?

I have had a similar issue with AC20 and have just had a bug confirmed by cadimage. It appears that having NON DOCKED pallets is the cause, just re dock them all and the issue goes away
