Open Book Settings creates an unusable infinitely large dialog box

I'm trying to create a new issue in each of three TW project files. I'm able to do this in one of them: the other two first open a dialog that cannot be resized and is so large that nothing can be seen or accessed.

Using the Create New Issue command cause both files to crash before ever getting to the dialog.

Has anyone seen this issue before and have you been able to fix it?

I've deleted all TW related data as well as my preferences files, esp. the dialog position one.

problem solved. GS says this is a bug caused by files made in early versions of AC18 ported to 21.

Saved PLNs and repaired these to re-share.
