You should try to handle this with your reseller.&lt;BR /&gt;
The reseller probably needs the serial number of the police report so that is an official document that the license with that serial number was stolen. But in any case, I think only you and your reseller will be able to work this out.</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;Hi there,&lt;BR /&gt;My computer was stolen with Archicad on it so could not make the license export. Now I reinstalled it on a new computer but I can´t import the license gain, none is available. Contacted the reseller but wihtout much help from him.&lt;BR /&gt;Sent him the police complaint and now he tells me that I have to go back to the police and put the serial number on the complaint. What???? Does anyone carry all his serial numbers when they travel just in case your things are stolen?&lt;BR /&gt;I can I solve this problem?&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks in advance for your help.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
