Cinerender message error for Archicad 20 using Mac OS Sierra

Hi there and HELP!!

I've done all the necessary updates for Archicad 20 and I still am getting this message every time I try to use Cinerender for my model (I have the latest software updates installed for my mac as well):

Cinerender by maxon add-on has unexpectedly stopped working
Archicad should be restarted.

I've had about all of the frustration I can take.

Hi All,
we need to have the following info to investigate this issue:
check if Cinerender is running in the Activity Monitor after starting ARCHICAD. Also, if there is any content in the following file: HD/Users/userhome/Library/Preferences/MAXON we would like to have that file. PM me, if you have those files!! Thanks, k
