Mouse suggestions other than trackball?

Having thumb issues after using a Logitech trackball mouse for years. Any suggestions for an ergonomic mouse substitute?

I just purchased the Logitech MX Master 3 after using the Logitech MX518 for 12 years. It's slightly different but still pretty ergonomic. I have small hands and it fits ok, if you have larger, or normal size, hands it should fit really well.

I only use Wacom intuos, or cintiq. I'll never go back to a mouse, to slow and not even close to as accurate. Couple that with the xkeys jog and shuttle.
