      <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;T&gt;I keep having speed and responsiveness issues.  I talked to tech support and they suggested I reset my preferences which did fix the problem.  The problem still occurs every 2-3 days.   Every time I reset then it goes away.  Are there any particular habits that can contribute to this?  Sometimes, I will have two copies of AC running simultaneously and to copy data from one file to another.  Can that cause an issue?&lt;/T&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
