Organizer-publisher malfunction

All of a sudden, when I open Organizer I cannot drag anything from the view map or layout book to any publisher set (hypermodel, pdf etc). When I drag it in, it bounces back. I AM able to "add shortcut" but not sure if that is the same thing, I have always done the drag/drop to move layouts and views to publisher sets. please help.

Do you have the latest AC19 hotfix installed?
Could this be a graphics card issue?
Does this happen in other files as well? Does it happen if you start a new project with New & Reset?

sorry it was the Hotfix. I should have checked that first!....
