Has anybody any idea how the manufactory disappeared scroll bar could be switched on onto top docked Infotable bottom egde in AC20?

Just resize the Info Box vertically (by it bottom edge), and the scroll bar will appear when the height of the Info Box is large enough. Check this clip for the explanation:

Please send a suggestion for developers to set Infobox default height on top docked position for scrollbar appearance in next upgrade pack ui settings.
