Migrating BIM 19 to 20 - import users not working?

Hello,

over weekend I was installing Bim server v20 in two companies.
following Graphisoft migrating guide I try to import users from theirs current BIM 19 servers (one OSX v7006, second Win v5005) but without success.

So I would like to check if anyone has same issue or I am just doing something wrong... before I will contact graphisoft support...

1. selecting all users in current BIm server
2. then export them
3. bim server automatically save file "Users.servername..BIMUsers" with file size 3KB (27users on bim server)
4. in bim server 20 click on "import" then selecting exported file
5. nothing happened - no user imported but also no error message appears..

BIM server 20 version is 4012 , CZE localization.
