Issue with altering properties in every window

Hi Everyone,

I've recently updated my mac to OS X El Capitan and ever since then i am unable to change certain properties in nearly all windows whether it be an objects properties or even the background type in the cinemax properties.

For example if i change the 2d symbol of a toilet object to 'type 3' it will automatically jump back to 'type 1', similarly in cinemax if i change the sky from midday to crimson skies it will just jump back. I can still work on everything, it's just frustrating and limiting.

Has anyone else experienced or heard of any if these issues?

That technote says that it has been fixed for the latest updates for version 18 & 19.
Have you installed the latest updates?

You don't say what version you are using.
You should add this and your operating system to the signature in your PROFILE (link at the top of this page) so it appears automatically in all posts you make.
