F5 keybord (global) shortcut doesnt work! Need help

Hi, i need help

I have just opend a file wich yesterday was still working proparly.

Today i have an issue with F5 global keybord shortcut.

When I press F5 to check my progress in 3D window, there comes a pop up window OPEN FILE....i dont wont to open any file, i just want to see my 3D window.
On my F5 botton I have image of (open file, sort of short cut in normal day use) This button was workin normaly yesterday in AC....What is wrong today?

What i did until now....
I have restarted computer
I checked on control panel on keybord design if there is any new asignement to this button
I checked AC keybord shortcut and i wanted to create new one on F5. When i pressed F5 to be my new shortcut there was written (ctrl+o)!!!!

On some keyboards the function keys can have two functions.
There should be a key on the keyboard ('Fn' key ?) that you can press that toggles the use of the function keys.

This was actualy a problem, somehow i pressed the F-lock function
