cannot rendering because cinerender won't open

so I wanted to render, but there's a problem with cinerender and I don't know how to fix it. It said "cinerender by maxon has unexpectedly closed, u need to restart the archicad". I literally re - download again my archicad but it's still like that.

It is a known problem caused by the cinerender add-on. This video explains the issue and the solution to the problem, usually this helps:
