ArchiCAD crashes when placing drawings on layout

I am trying to place a site plan onto the layout book but ArchiCAD crashes every time. I don't have this problem with the rest of the drawings from the same project. It's a 2D site plan consisting primarily of fills.

It crashes also when it's a line drawing without the fills.

Hi,

When ARCHICAD crashes, you should get a bug reporter window. Next time this crash happens, and it comes up, please click "Send Now".

You will get a Bug ID. Please write that down, and post it here, so that we can look into the crash report over here. (if you can, please send multiple bug IDs)
