      <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;Trying to launch on a new laptop from withing Programs directory and get V10 splash screen then immediately into bug reporter. Have re-started and re-extracted several times. Tried with and without Codemeter. Any reason to be a hardware issue?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Version 7 file converter works just fine. Any ideas??&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>Yep.&lt;BR /&gt;
I came across this just the other day.&lt;BR /&gt;
The V10 converter needs Quicktime installed, and because you don't actually install the converter (just unpack it) you will have to find an installer for Quicktime.&lt;BR /&gt;
It was included with all Archicad installations up to version 17.&lt;BR /&gt;
