Hi all. I've got a problem with running Archicad 18. After downloading and successful installing students version on Win7/64 when I'm running Archicad it doesn't open, but instead Graphisoft Bug reporter window pops up with info with code error number 2015-03-13-21-21-18-2219. Is there anything could be done about that?

That code is only showing the date the error was generated.
Something in your system is probably messing with ArchiCAD.
Can you turn off antivirus and see what happens?
Also, please state your computer specs.
What I am specifically interested in is what brand it is and what kind of preinstalled accessory program are there in the system.
In one of my older machines there was a data protection program preinstalled and it did not let ArchiCAD access its own folders in the Program Files folder so AC just quit whenever I started it.
After I uninstalled that (unnecessary) program, everything went back to normal.

Hi Laszlo
Antivirus (Norton 360) was turned off and this didn't help.
My pc is Dell Precision M2800 following spec:
i7-4610M 3.0GHz
8GB RAM
Win 7 64bit
Intel HD graphics 4600 1920x1080 / AMD FirePro W4170M

Any idea what proinstalled software may interrupt my Archicad? What it was in your case?

Regards

My computer was an Acer at that time that had at least half a dozen pre-installed programs in it.
One was called eDataSecurity and for some reason after ArchiCAD was installed into the Program Files folder, it did not let ArchiCAD access and modify files within this folder.
For this reason ArchiCAD tried to start, then just simply quit.
After uninstalling this program the problem was solved and ArchiCAD could start normally.
