grid on fill

<T>Hi all,
sorry for my english, it might be difficult to understand.

When creating a fill with transparency, a 'helping' grid appears marking the center of the screen (vertical and horizontal axes). When I move the view, the axes move always along. I attach a picture.

It is very annoying for clients to see this on the screen. I have tried to turn off all the View---Trace/Guide/Grid Options, but it is still there.

Does someone have any suggestion on how to turn it off?

Thanks in advance,</T>

Go to: View > On Screen View Options > Fill Handles

You guys might try updating to the latest driver, hopefully that helps.

I get it on my Mac as well. Not a problem, easy to ignore and I've never seen it affect my output. I'm sure it is a graphics issue rather than some AC entity manifesting itself.

This is an unacceptable issue in a DRAFTING PROGRAM. PHANTOM lines are a HUGE distraction when in plan section or elevation. This needs to be addressed soon. I have been told that it was a Mac OS issues from tech support. That was like two years ago(VERSION 18). Happens on all my Apple machines (iMacs, Laptops, Towers, Cinema Displays and Retina displays. We work with lines all day. The last thing I need are a bunch of crap confusing an already complex drawing.
A preemptive thanks for making an awesome product better.

but it does in AC 18, AC19 and AC20.

I have noticed that this occurs when % fills are used.
Have not noticed it on my PC but have on Mac (differing OSs with different display subsystems), similar issue also visible when viewing transparency on PDF in Acrobat so probably not AC problem
Disappointing to find this is still an issue with AC21.
Somewhere along the line, it got worse... instead of just the X & Y axis, there
is now: A axis & multiple Y axes.
