topic Codemeter Service not running in Installation & update

<R>My ArchiCAD is currently using our Server Dongle but it should be using the Codemeter dongle plugged into the USB port of my Mac.

The Codemeter control panel displays this...

Any ideas how to get it running?

Sadly I do not have the installer app that installed this version of Codemeter and the version available from their website is a more recent version and I don't want to install that in case it is not compatible with AC19</R>

fuzzytnth3:

For what it is worth, I am showing an identical Codemeter Control Panel (the license is working), so that may not be the issue. Maybe it is an issue of stopping your computer from accessing the Server Dongle.
You were correct. It turned out for some reason the Dongle was appearing to only work with AC18. It had worked in the past with AC19 so what happened to it I don't know.

We upgraded it and it seems to fine now.
