AC22 MARQUE - SPEED TO GENERATE 3D WINDOW

I have recently been noticing that the time to generate/open the 3d window has increased in AC22, and to my surprise if i use the marque tool to select an area to view in 3D it doubles the time to generate as opposed to just opening the 3D window

I just tested with a standard model and with exactly the same model

WITH MARQUE 24 seconds
WITHOUT MARQUEE 11 seconds

Can someone please confirm this is a bug? and is there a workaround?

Not for me...
Showing the marquee content is actually faster than showing all the 3d.

Thanks for the reply can you clarify that you put a marque around the complete model so that you are ending up with the same content in the 3d window (ie the complete model in both scenarios)

I have not seen any diference. Maybe because I'm using a mac ? Anyway, I din't notice the delay you've mentioned.
