I want to teach ArchiCAD to count the volumes of materials of multilayer structures and profiles in one column of the catalog, but in different units of measurement (length, area, volume), but I encounter the fact that I can not translate the volumes of materials into formulas from the model. When connecting the ArchiCAD classifications to the material, the translation of parameters from the model to the formula is interrupted.

I am not sure that I understand your question correctly, but Expressions are not working for Properties assigned to Building Materials.

Does it not use the units set within your Project Preferences?
