I can't see the text until I toggle
with the mouse.

I was in dark mode when I installed AC23 and the dark bars happened. Turning dark mode off and rebooting cleared it back to normal.

I guess it is a bug as AC should be independent of the screen mode. On an optimistic note, maybe GS are making the first steps towards dark mode compatibility...

I too was in Dark Mode when I installed.
Turning it off was the 1st thing I tried.
Didn't change with out the restart.

Black menu bars are back,
after restarting with dark mode left on.
(I'm NOT going turn dark mode off every time I shut down).

Reported the Bug to GSNA.

We have indeed identified and addressed this issue! The development team is already working on this fix, and we expect the fix to come out with the next update of ARCHICAD 23 hopefully if it passes all QA and QC tests!

Please keep an eye on the following defect number (267586) in the release notes of the upcoming Update(s)/Release(s).
