In Archicad 22 , twinmotion had a menu item in the main tool bar and a palette was also available. Neither are available in 23 but you can save a twinmotion file (fbx). The AddonManager says the twinmotion addon is valid in 23.

Where is the new Twinmotion palette in 23?? Is it buried somewhere?

I downloaded the plug-ins from here:

https://www.unrealengine.com/en-US/twinmotion/plugins

and had no issues. These plugins have been updated several times this year already, so if you haven't, go ahead and download/install them from the link above.
