    <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;Hello, &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Years ago when I was a student, I got a student version of ArchiCAD working with a hard WIBU key that had to be plugged into the computer. After moving several times I could not find the key and assumed it was lost and so was my deposit. But today I went through some old USB keys and found it hidden there ! &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Question is : can I send it back and get back the deposit I paid so many years ago ? If it is possible, how can I do that ? I have been looking through the help center and the forum for a procedure, but I can't find anything on that ! &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks a lot if you can help !&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>If there is any possibility of a refund, you would have to ask the sales/support for your country.  If indeed you are in France, that would be Abvent in Paris:&lt;BR /&gt;
