I installed Version 23 the other day and while it runs under a separate Admin user account, it does not get to the splash screen on my standard user account and brings up the bug reporter. I have tried uninstalling, turning off all anti-virus, unplugging the CodeMeter key, all to no avail. I use my standard account for all my daily functions and some software is only available on that user so it is a pain to switch back and forth.
