CodeMeter Key won't work in AC16

received my codemeter key, installed it, but AC16 will NOT OPEN; help, have drawings need to finish today and am not at my home computer.

Just a shot in the dark but did you restart your machine after installation?

Usually the keys are delivered empty.
You have to use the license manager to load the license onto the key.

Or are you saying that 17 & 18 will run but 16 wont?
