I found that if I save the plan file as an Archicad 20 file, I can open it up in 20 and it will work. However, after a while my screen starts blanking out in sections. I think some hardware might be bad.

<DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"><T>Running Archicad 21 on a Mac platform. Something glitched and now my screen is blank. Project map, view map, layout, all blank. I'm sure it's some button that got pushed, but I don't know how to fix it. I can see all the toolbars. I've tried opening different files, but they all look the same.</T></DIV>

Just the one monitor. I had someone save one of my files in archicad 20, sent it back to me, and that opened. I think it has something to do with Archicad 21 and my computer. It's kind of old

I would also try to update to the latest graphics card drivers because this sounds to me like an issue that could be caused by graphics card driver problems/incompatibilities.
