Previous version download?

Bought a new computer, but my installed versions of ArchiCad 10 and 15 didn't migrate over properly to the new computer. Also missing their librarys.

Where can I download the full install for previous versions of Archicad for a clean install? (Not just the hotfixes) New laptop doesn't have a disk drive.

They can send you links to the original installers.

I thikn you are better off contacting your local reseller about this, and not Graphisoft HQ. HQ will probably refer you to your local reseller anyway.
Just imagine what would happen if support requests from the whole world would go directly to Graphisoft HQ.

Are you referring to the e-mail address I sent? that's the listing I have for GSNA's helpdesk. not HQ.

Sorry, my bad.
I thought that is GS HQ since they also use the graphisoft.com domain.
